TMJBen.com provides automated, personalized text messages to help you with accountability, networking, and advice. The Service is powered by artificial intelligence and is not a human expert. All advice and information is for informational purposes only.

2. SMS Messaging

By signing up for the Service, you consent to receive recurring automated text messages from us. Your consent is not a condition of any purchase.

  • Program Description: You will receive messages related to your stated goals, including check-ins, advice, and potential networking introductions.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency will vary based on your preferences set during onboarding.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to the shortcode. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
  • Help: If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@tmjben.com.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

3. User Data and Privacy

We collect information you provide, such as your name, phone number, and goals. Our use of this data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any information or advice provided.
